02Service description
ListingSafe scans Etsy listing titles, descriptions, and tags for potential trademark violations and policy issues. Results are for informational purposes only.
The same account also includes: a listing generator that writes and rewrites listing text, an appeal-letter generator for Etsy takedowns, keyword research, market research reports, and Copycat Watch — a reverse image search that looks for other pages using your product photos. The listing generator, appeal letters, market research reports and Copycat Watch all draw on the same monthly credit pool. Keyword research does not use credits at all — it has its own daily search allowance, which depends on your plan and resets at midnight UTC. The current rates and allowances are shown in the app on each tool's page and in Settings.

04Usage limits
Free users: 2 scans/day (no account). Registered users: per plan limits. Once you have used your allowance, scans stop until it resets or you upgrade.
05Prohibited use
Do not misuse this service, including attempting to circumvent the scanning system or using it for any unlawful purpose.
06Termination
We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse or violation of these terms.
07Billing & subscriptions
TL;DR — Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from the Settings page.
Paid plans are sold and processed by Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page inside the app; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details.
